Beachy BBQ Burger

The name really just screams summer, doesn’t it? While you might have your go-to meat for grilling, pay attention to the meat mixture in this recipe.

You’ll be using a half sirloin, half ground chuck mix. The sirloin gives the burger a distinct taste while the chuck preserves the juiciness.

For the burger, you’ll need:

  • 1 1/2 lbs of sirloin and ground chuck each
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon of pepper

Gently combine your ingredients and separate into eight five-inch patties. Grill them up how you prefer, melting a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty.

For the finishing beachy touch, top with grilled red onion and pineapple slices.

Mediterranean Burgers

One of the best burger ideas is also the simplest: make sure you use unique burger toppings!

Add six ounces of feta cheese, two teaspoons of both fresh minced oregano and rosemary, salt, pepper, and one tablespoon of lemon zest to 1 1/2 pounds of ground lamb.

After cooking them how you like, top with kalamata olives, more feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce for one of the most unique burger recipes out there.
